Breathing Space Mini Retreat
Retreats run each season, and can be tailored for groups of friends/ family/ events
Half day mindfulness retreat in the picturesque village of Goodnestone, near Canterbury.
Treat yourself to a morning of self care with mindful meditations, journaling, a woodland walk and a guided hand reflexology treatment.
This is your breathing space.
As this is a small group, places are limited, book early to avoid disappointment.

Nature for Wellbeing is a FREE 6-week course that offers you a chance to take some time for yourself and reconnect with nature in new, creative ways.
Each week we will spend time focusing on a different, nature based, activity that will support you to discover new ways to feel well.
