Winter Breathing Space Mini Retreat

Following the success of our recent mindfulness mini retreat we are now very pleased to invite you to our Winter Breathing Space Retreat on Sunday 20 November, from 10-2pm.

We’ll be back at ‘My Rural Activity Centre’ in the village of Adisham, nr Canterbury and we’ll once again be spending time in the calming company of the donkeys, and also, Wes and Bob the gorgeous Kune Kune pigs who were a big hit at the last event.

The day will be focused on relaxing and de-stressing as we head towards Christmas, reflecting on the year that has past and setting and manifesting our intentions for 2023.

Join us for a day of meditation, mindfulness, eco-crafting, nature, animal feeding and grooming, journalling and a delicious vegetarian lunch.

On this winter retreat you will:

-Experience the therapeutic benefits of being in the company of calming animals

-Immerse yourself in nature with a beautiful eco-crafting activity

-Find focus and positivity through mindful journaling

-Enjoy guided meditations to reconnect with your body and mind

-Enjoy a delicious vegetarian lunch and refreshments

-Finish the day feeling deeply relaxed, re connected, de-stressed and rejuvenated ready for the festive season and beyond.
