Reiki
Reiki is an ancient Japanese technique which uses “Life Force Energy” (Ki) to help support the body to deeply relax and de-stress.
It can be helpful for those experiencing physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual distress, but ultimately can be beneficial for all. Reiki can be hands on or completely hands off and can even be used as a form of distance healing.
